Understanding Your Loan

As a CSLF loan borrower, it is important for you to be sure that you understand the terms and conditions of your loan. Your loan terms and rights and responsibilities are defined in your Promissory Note.

Making Payments

CSLF has partnered with a servicer for your student loan. All repayment activities – making payments, requesting deferment or forbearance, requesting payment histories or payoff amounts – are handled through your servicer.

Guarantor Services

If you have a question about the guarantee of your CSLF federal loan, please be advised that all guarantor activities of CSLF were transferred to Educational Credit Management Corp (ECMC) as of January 1, 2010.
